Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is entirely coincidental, except of Mary Poppins, George Banks, Bert and Ms. Persimmon! Ah... just forgot, the melody from Limehouse Blues is real, too! THE PLOT: Mary Poppins, the leader of Justice Party, achieves that both Democrats and Republicans work together in a team to fix the Children's Health Insurance Program in the fifty states and District of Columbia.
