Description

Brian's Brain is the story of Brian Bradley and his narrow escape from a pointless and tedious existence in Windsor, Ontario. It follows his trek north to the world of peace, love and hippies in Toronto during the late sixties and his stay at a house on Beverley Street near the Ontario College of Art. Throughout the tale he is accompanied by a strange little voice in his head, known to him only as 'brain'. This irritating little voice gets him into (and out of) the many confusing and potentially embarrassing situations that seem to thrust themselves into Brian's path when he least expects them. The novel follows Brian's initial fall from grace, through to his eventual masterful recovery and a life that he'd always dreamed of leading.
