Written by someone in the lifestyle, Bound Freedom shows the truth about what goes on in a functioning D/s relationship.
Bound Freedom Book 1
Synopsis:
This book introduces the reader to the main characters of the series and sets the stage for the major happenings. Lorna's collaring to Peter, the land deal, and many other things. This book also gives the characters a chance to express their feelings about the lifestyle and society's problems with it.
Bound Freedom follows Peter and Lorna as the work their way from a non-lifestyle couple to D/s. Peter has been in the lifestyle for many years and is well known and respected within the community in their home town. Lorna doesn't know she is a closet submissive but desperately wants to taste the forbidden about which Peter has been talking.
Bound Freedom takes you inside their relationship; see just how Peter guides Lorna down the long road to self-realization. Lorna's conscience is her own worst enemy; what are the results of this conflict. Can Peter help slay the demon with in her? What of their other lifestyle friends can they help or is Lorna on her own.
Bound Freedom is my way of starting to right the wrongs done to our lifestyle by pop culture. From inside the lifestyle I know the deep trust, love, respect and communication between D/s couples. It is my hope that the audience sees this too and comes to understand that the practitioners of our lifestyle are not, weirdoes, crazy or depraved.
This book shows the way that D/s works in a full time committed relationship. It does not show sex or the graphic details of scenes and sessions. Early on in the writing of Bound Freedom, I made the decision NOT to invade the privacy of Peter and Lorna's bedroom unless doing so actually contributed something to the story other than just sex and other acts, which should remain private.
