Look and Listen

Biography

My family and I live in Utah, we moved from Southern California to get away from the fast paced life we were in to slow down in this wonderful small town in 2005. Working and being a mom is important to me and so is my dream of writing. I am a Day Program Manager working with the disabled, a population of men who are very challenging at times. I'm not one to jump into anything before I know what is going on. I'm an observer and then I take action. I'm the same way in a crowd of people. I listen then if I have something to say I will. I love to listen to others though. I love writing, taking photos. I love life and I look forward to each and every day. I see it as a blessing for things to come. I also believe that people come into my life for a reason and I try to use everything as a learning experience.

Inspiration

My inspiration for writing come from anywhere at any time. I look at everything and watch people. I look at colors and am sensitive to the smells around me, the smell of woodsmoke, or the fresh scent of the sea breeze. The smell of garlic... When I touch things and feel the textures, The bark of a tree the, the smoothness of baby powder. I watch people all the time, especially since I write romance, how a man smiles at a woman or a woman touches a mans hand... I get inspiration all around me. What can I say... I love it all.
