Biography

People ask Patricia how long she has been writing, she responds, "All my life. I can't remember when I even started writing." Patricia has written in several genres, and was a top-notch business writer while working in the oil patch. but the love of fiction took over and an aptitude for research. With a love for teddy bears, real bears, wildlife and nature, Patricia's stories usually have nature theme woven through them. She finds it challenging to write for children and teens, but enjoyable. Other interests include blogging, web design, and running her own printing, graphics and web design business.

Inspiration

What influences my writing the most is a love of nature. It seems every animal I see can be turned into some kind of character in my stories. I also can't seem to see a situation, or be in one without thinking how I could turn it into a story of some sort. I find most of my inspiration comes from talking long walks down a country road.
