Biography
I live in the UK, in the Midlands. I worked for many years in the social care sector and I'm still interested and involved in fostering and adoption work. I live with my partner and have two children - my 2 daughters (one is a daughter-in-law!)are about to produce my first grandchildren. One is due tomorrow.... I've always been interested in people, what makes them tick, so I guess that's why I wanted to write.Inspiration
I read widely, not just fantasy - from Jane Austen, Dickens to modern urban fiction and series such as Twilight. I've come here to learn, to meet other writers and hopefully get some tips on writing and publishing. I would welcome reviews of my book, just to find out how good or bad people think it is - give me inspiration to keep going!Favorite NB Titles
