Biography

I have been a real estate broker and "people observer" for over 30 years. Proud grandmother of two teenaged granddaugters who were the inspiration for my book. I wrote "Drama Is Optional" after more than twenty years of studying with many great teachers in the field of self-improvement, and learning first-hand how to use the principles described in my book. I have been fortunate to be a guest on radio stations across the US and Canada. I'm a co-author in the next "Wake Up - Live the Life You Love" book on Empowerment (to be released in 2009) and I'm currently writing a novel for teens.

Inspiration

If you had asked me a couple of years ago how long I've wanted to be an author, I would have replied "what would I write and who would want to read it?". Then one day while sitting on the bleachers at the high school, as my granddaughter participated in her cheerleading activities, I was listening to the comments being slung around by teenagers who were supposed to be friends -the comments were less than complimentary. In my meditation the next morning I asked God what I could do to help kids find happiness and create balance in their lives ... and just like magic my book was born! It was truly one of those moments when the information flowed through me as I got out of my own way and let it happen.
