I started this group for freelance writers. I hope there are some here.
I would like to have discussions about the life of freelance writing in this group.
I would like to have beginners to seasoned pros in this group if possible.

Most of my online writing has been community based -- and of course my book. I'm trying to make the jump to doing more things for money. (Who doesn't need a little extra cash right now) Any suggestions on a good place to start?
There are sites like Elance.com and Guru.com. for finding jobs, but the pay is low as you bid on the job and hope. MOst of the people placing bids what a lot for a little.
