Is there a way to sell memoir books within Nothing Binding?

First page of the memoir I am "fictionalizing" my father's life at age three in an orphanage. Is it still considered a memoir if what he told me ends up 80% fiction? He remembers older boys who were friends that he met again later on and told him some of the things but much is my embelishment. He was a "blue baby" during the depression and given away, dropped off. I write about the physical structure of the orphange, visitors, the day the visitors chose him, etc. Anybody know where the official rules of what constitutes memoir can be found? Thanks for your help.
