Good Idea for a Fiction Book?
A young woman in the early 2000s, who is unhappy with unromantic modern life, is sent to England to attend a strict, old fashioned school and falls in love with her young professor.
However, near the school is an old mansion where an embittered vampire lives.
She and her new love must deal with both the vampire's frightening advances and the fear of their love being discovered by the school's stern faculty and staff.
It has potential for some great plot twists. I can envision different story lines about how the vampire deals with the situation - lustful, jealous, infatuated with a love out of his reach, helpful in the end, spiteful and threatening to unveil the romance. I'd be interested to see how this turns out, only watch for cliches; the vampire love story is a well worn one, find a way to make it new and spontaneous.
