Chapbook contests
Chapbook contests are one way to get poetry published. My opinion is besides the chapbook contests check out places where you can get individual poems published. This will also get your name known in the poetry community.

As with any writing, it is good to check out what the publisher has produced in the past to see of your materials would fit with their publishing style.

Another way of getting your name out there is posting a live lecture of a poem. It is also possible to then buy youtube views for more attention and exposure.
I also agree with the Chapbook contents because we can see the publishers of the poem and see what other poems that publisher have published. A friend of mine from a welding school I go to also loves poem and I will tell her about this.
