Biography

Virginia started writing Visionary from the Stars when she became home schooled once she reached the seventh grade. After graduating at the age of sixteen she also started writing The Alien Mind. By the time she turned 20 both of her books were published under her maiden name, Virginia Jennings. She enjoys astronomy and everything science fiction. She is also constantly dreaming up new stories and new places to visit through her imagination. She is currently working on a couple of other books in her spare time. Now married and a full time mom to three kids she also works as a story collaborator/editor/equipment assistant/anything else necessary for her husband Kevin Yarborough who is currently in the process of trying to create his own movies. Her favorite Fantasy books are: The Redwall Series by: Brian Jacques, Lord of the Rings Series by: J.R. Tolkien, The Harry Potter Series by: J.K. Rowling, as well as The Twilight Series by: Stephanie Meyer.

Inspiration

I began thinking up stories because I could not sleep at night. I loved everything to do with space travel and collected articles and pictures to post all over my room. The Star Trek series, specifically the 'Enterprise' seasons really fired up my imagination and drew me to want to write my stories down!
