I’m Lynn Wilson Founder of The CareGiver Partnership, a national direct to consumer retailer of home health care products and supplies for caregivers and their loved ones. After studying and documenting customer service issues for over 30 years, I formed my company based on this learning and offer the highest level of customer service. I am so passionate about providing excellent customer service, I’ve now written the book on it – literally. It is titled Negotiate Anything! Secrets to Make Companies Treat You Fairly. We take pride in offering personalized service that helps our customers find the best solutions for their individual needs. Now that my children are grown, I enjoy spending time with my granddaughter while also helping to care for my mom.
