Biography
A Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome diagnosis in 1996 introduced Tami Brady to alternative health therapies. In her quest to ease her own suffering, she became interested in the Whole Health approaches used in Reiki and other Transpersonal methodologies such as meditation, guided imagery, belief work, shadow work, and energy integrity training. Tami now writes about Whole Health and its role in developing a sustainable balance between health, happiness, and all life's complexities.

Inspiration
Little Hope in a Chaotic World Sometimes, the chaos of daily life takes over and we find ourselves striving just to cope. Most of the day is spent working too many hours at a job we've grown to hate, rushing frantically to deal with family responsibilities, and worrying about the bills. There's simply no time to relax and enjoy the moment.
The Wake Up Call This was my life just a few short years ago. As an archaeologist, I was fixated on building my career, getting work done faster, and earning just a little more money. I proudly boasted that I worked 14-16 hours days and never slept more than a few hours each night.
Then, I got a wake up call that changed my life. Doctors call it Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia but basically my body was sick and tried of all the physical and emotional abuse that I was inflicting upon it.
Healthy and Contented It has been a hard road but I am living a healthier content life. Along the way, I learned a good deal about myself. I have taken these important lessons to heart and now look to help others find their own version of health, peace, and a life worth living.
