Biography

My work life began as a person who worked in office spaces and then I became a person who planned office spaces. Somewhere along the way I had the chance to specialize in a particular type of space (libraries) and this book gave me the opportunity to pass on all the information that I had learned from librarians and other people I had worked with throughout my career. I always wanted to be a specialist. Now I can say that I specialize in planning library spaces as it relates to furniture. It is all about learning and passing on information----

Inspiration

This writing came together by a series of sychronicities that I can see as "divinely inspired"-- from the first person who asked me to write an article in a trade magazine to the only response that I got from that article being the publisher who asked me if I was interested in writing a book. My advice to other writers is that you must follow your guidance and do what you are led to do. You never know where it may take you.
