Biography

I have a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from St. Bonaventure University, and currently am employed as a system's engineer for a Fortune 500 company. I am married 18 years and have 5 children ages 16 - 6 yrs. I have written four books, the first 3 for young adults and the last, a historical murder mystery is geared for an adult audience. In my spare time, I coach sports including baseball,basketball, and soccer, run the local cub scout chapter, and design websites for local area businesses and non-profit groups.

Inspiration

I have always had a insatiable love of reading and decided about 8 yrs ago that I'd like to try to put pen to paper and try my own hand at it. I started out writing for young adults because I have children of my own who were my very first audience and sounding boards. I have enjoyed writing in different styles for each of my 4 books, and have developed one that really works well for me. I have always loved books that teach the reader about history in a fictional novel, most clearly Ken Follett's "Pillars of the Earth" and Jeffrey Archer's "Paths of Glory".
