Susan Vollmer has a bachelor of journalism degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia. She has worked as a newspaper reporter / photographer, publications editor and currently serves as a manager in international transportation. She knows the importance of understanding diversity in cultures and countries. She knows the importance of keeping good stories alive for the generations to come. Inspiration

* My mother's suicide when I was five led to a fascination about death and the importance of making this life count. * I enjoy biographies but sometimes find them too long, so I've created a collective biography of mini-bios on leaders who were killed advocating a particular cause. * Oscar Wilde is one of my inspiriation's. He always found the absurdity in life and excelled at word play.
