Biography

Born in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, England. Studied history and geography at Teacher Training college in Sheffield, Yorkshire. Taught in a secondary school for eleven years before I became a writer. Set up my own business Souladream Productions on November 1st 2011. I write in many genres and produce my own covers. I am also a photographer. I have always been interested in history, Space and Nature and use a lot of information I have read from the past in my work to make my stories as accurate as possible. I like running and long distance walking and I play the piano and write music and songs. I also own an extensive personal library and love reading.

Inspiration

As a teenager I read Wells, Wyndham and Wheatley and later Tolstoy, Turgenev and other Russian masters. I like a book in which characters have a lot of psychological depth as well as a story with plenty of action. Books with an historical setting also appeal to me.
