Biography

As a small child, I loved to tuck myself away in a quiet, cozy place and get lost in the pages of a good book. That love for reading birthed my interest in writing, and my love for the art of words has grown stronger with each passing year. I began writing poetry at a young age, and then short stories, and finally, my first book "Perfect Wisdom" was published. I strongly believe that we all possess gifts and abilities placed there by God, and have tried to use my life to learn what my gifts are and how best to apply them. Life is an exciting adventure, and we live and learn something worthwhile every single day! In addition to writing, I manage a great team of Employment Counselors in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Before I moved to Maryland, I was employed as a professional photographer living in Mobile, Alabama. I enjoyed sitting near the ocean in the evenings with my eyes closed, feeling the warm breeze caress my face while listening to the soft rush of the ocean waves tumbling against each other. I enjoy photographing things of beauty that surround me, the company of my family and my relationship with God.
