Biography
Ray has more than 20 years’ writing, speaking, coaching and business experience. Ray guides enlightened leaders to create an energized, fulfilling environment where individuals and teams grow and thrive. He inspires people to achieve their highest potential by focusing on priorities and improving relationships, decision-making abilities, and communication skills resulting in improved productivity, greater retention of happy, valued employees, and increased profitability. Ray also spent 10 years as a civil engineering project manager where he led project teams in multi-million dollar design and construction projects. In 2002, at 45 years old, Ray pedaled his vintage bicycle 3,369 miles in 70 days, from Phoenix, Arizona, to Ground Zero, New York City. He honored the heroes of 9-11 and shared a powerful message of hope and healing with thousands of people across America. Ray’s award-winning first book, Ray of Hope for Peace, chronicles his amazing adventure and reveals brilliant insights for thriving even in the midst of chaos. Presently Ray is working on his next two books to continue the Ray of Hope series: One a business book titled Rays of Hope for Awakening Great Leaders; The other a self improvement book titled Rays of Hope for Awakening Your Greatness. Both will be published in 2012. Ray and his wife, Lyn, are fulltime RVers who travel North America enjoying the beauty of nature and meeting interesting people along the way. Ray has two boys in college at the University of Arizona.

Fascinating people. I am inspired by people who overcome seemingly unsurmountable obstacles to achieve happiness and success. I love meeting extraordinary people in the most ordinary places. It is amazing the wonderful things people will share if you ask a few open-ended questions and listen attentively. They will let you into their life, many times becoming a new friend.
