Am a writer-editor, with a medical background, by training and academic qualification. Areas of Interest/Specialisation: health and well-being; alternative/integrative/mind-body medicine; philosophy/spirituality; literature; books, and book/magazine/journal publishing; consciousness studies; science and technology; sports etc., Highlights: a] have published a handbook on therapeutics [1994]; b] was ‘selected’ among 10 ‘Best’ Writers in a ‘pool’ of 10,000 by a media group, UK [1996]; c] first Indian [cricket] writer to be E-published, and nominated for the First International E-Book Award/ Frankfurt/October 2000; d] my first coffee table book, Cricket Boulevard [Murray Books, Australia] — on cricket greats — was published in 2004; e] a coffee table book, on great [international] personalities — People Who Influenced The World Over The Past 100 Years [Murray Books, Australia] — leaders, artists and entertainers, scientists and thinkers, heroes and icons, was published in 2005; f] my essay on Indian philosophy [Vedanta] was published in The Essentials Of Philosophy & Ethics [an encyclopaedia/Hodder Arnold, UK, 2006].
