Biography

Lives too far north, plans to move to a warm State in the USA. Plays flute, saxophone, and some electric guitar. Single, so far. No kids, one dog, three older brothers, and an elderly mother. Born November 29th, 'a while ago.' Calls shock of white hair her racing stripe. Has a career in retail management. Animals are strangely drawn to her, tame or wild. Father died when she was ten. Plans to make a career out of writing science fiction. Loves museums, art galleries, and a cup of 'grande wet cappuccino w/whipped cream.' Battles her weight, lost 30 pounds when she quit drinking diet cola.

Inspiration

My dad had an interest in the early space exploration programs. I grew up watching 'Star Trek' and 'Doctor Who.' My favorite scifi actor is Michael Ironside, because no matter if he's the hero or the villain, he has this look in the back of his eyes, as if he's constantly thinking, 'I can't believe they pay me money to do this!' He's obviously having fun, and that's what I do with writing. I also love technology, so having a handheld computer and a fold-up keyboard gives me extra enjoyment. Being in love with the work results in work that's inspiring...people tell me they've stayed up until 3 in the morning to finish my novel. One lady blamed me for her nearly being run over three times, because she reads as she's walking.
