Biography

Pamela Nelson, MBA, is an eternal optimist and “Get’er Done!” Gal. During the day Pamela is a business advisor and loans analyst. Her friends and colleagues have describer her as sassy, fun, intelligent and quick. Pamela defines herself as a wife and mother, caretaker to Tina the cat and Sapphire the Betta, and a fun-loving broad. While earning her master’s degree in business, Pamela took a special interest in consumer behavior: the behavior related to spending money. As a single-mom and sole provider for her own household Pamela learned to dig herself out from debt and keep more money from each payday, overcoming her own financial struggles through proactive and cost-cutting strategies. Pamela has been helping individuals improve their personal money management habits for years as a business advisor, loans analyst and coach. In Broke-Free Forever! Pamela melds her practical approach and real-life experience with principles of business financial management and consumer behavior, culminating in strategies to help anyone who wants to stop being broke, and break the cycle of living payday-to-payday, for good.

Inspiration

My family - mostly my son who challenged every dendrite in my left and right brains while raising him. My greatest challenge and greatest reward in life. Secondly, all my nieces, nephews and surrogate kids who allow me to meddle to varying degrees in their life choices and decisions. Finally, my cat who sleeps a lot and does whatever the hell she decides to do on a daily basis.
