Biography
A native of Washington, P. L. Reiter has lived abroad and traveled extensively throughout North and South America as well as Europe. A fervent believer that global warming can be easily solved by winter, he and his wife Brenda recently made an escape from the stress of Los Angeles to write in a small town high in the San Juan Mountains of Southern Colorado.
Inspiration
In 2002, P.L. Reiter was working in Los Angeles as a system consultant for the world's largest automobile manufacturer, driving six hours a day in the commute from San Diego to LA. This gave him lots of time to contemplate various subjects, such as how to stop driving six hours a day. Looking at the bigger picture, he had been doing this type of computer work for over 25 years, and decided it was high time he did something else. He didn't want some Information Systems gibberish scrawled on his tombstone when he died.
