Biography

For many years I have kept a list of ideas written in a notebook. Daily, prosperous ideas will come into my mind as I drive, as I sleep, and while I try to concentrate on other things. I often drive with the radio off, waiting to hear an answer from God on what to do with my life. I once worked a job that required me to drive to CVS, Walgreens, Sam’s Club, Rite Aid, and Target stores that were miles apart from each other to drop off medical discount cards at each of the stores’ pharmacies. At fi rst, I despised that job. I hated driving long distances, and I wasn’t the salesperson type at all. I prayed every day, “Lord, why do you give me all these ideas and images? With all this inside of me I shouldn’t I be living a wealthy life? What is my purpose in this life? I know it’s wrong, Lord, but please just let me win the lottery. I promise to do the right thing!” One day I parked my car in the lot at Target and sat there talking to myself. “You can do this. Just go in there and tell them what the card is about and leave.” I made it through the front door and decided to stop in the bathroom for one more self-talk in the mirror. I checked all the stalls for cleanliness and for people who would think I was crazy for talking to myself. Then someone came into the bathroom, so I just stepped into one of the stalls as if I needed to use its facilities. On the fl oor was a small, white piece of paper. Of course I hesitated to pick it up. The size and shape looked familiar to me though; someone had dropped a fortune from a Chinese fortune 74 cookie. It read: You don’t get in life what you want; you get in life what you are. For the rest of the day, I asked, “What am I, Lord?” Later I goggled that message and found a very inspiring speaker, author Les Brown. I watched and listened to his story. Then I invited my brother over and told him what had happened to me that day. He said, “Well, the Word says that when two or more come together and agree with one another concerning the Word of God, the thing you’re asking for will be done.” Today I know that I am a prosperous angel with the gift of imagery to share with others.

Inspiration

Understand that you don’t have to open a store front to have a grand opening; your grand opening is the opening of your eyes to the gift inside you! If no one has ever told you how great you really are and that you have a gift just waiting for you to use, I am here to tell you today.
