Mystery and suspense novelist
Look and Listen
Biography
I’ve spent most of my life in Arizona (it’s a dry heat). I was thrilled when my first novel, Class of ’68 won first place in the Arizona Authors Association unpublished novel contest in 2000. In the past two years, six of my novels were published. Recently, I completed a seventh and am trying my hand at writing screenplays. I’m constantly learning about the craft of writing, especially from other writers, and strive to stretch my creative boundaries. I love suspense novels with a twist of humor, and I love writing them. If you like a laugh along with your chills, you might want to give one of my novels a try.
Inspiration
My life was shaped by the events of 1968, the war in Veitnam, the assassinations of Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King, the riots at the Democratic Convention in Chicago, even the election of Richard Nixon. The formulative year keeps me asking what might have been and what might be. It also inspired me to write my first novel, Class of '68.
