Biography

I'm a mum of three Teen/Young adults who are my greatest achievement and encouragement. I try to be 'down' with the kids but seriously, that's never gonna happen in my life-time! I can write them a book though and that's communication! When I was a child I was always scribbling short stories but I had little confidence when it came to allowing someone else to read them. I finally took the plunge in October last year with Teen sci-fi novel 'Four's a crowd' followed by Teen Vampire novel 'Only Human' released in March 2013. I have never looked back since then. I have had many jobs from 'Finance Clerk'(and I'm terrible at maths)to Care-worker, but my real passion is for writing. Inspiration

There are so many Authors who have inspired me to write. Catherine Cookson was the first Author to make an impression on me. She brought her stories to life from the first page and I was distraught when I finished each book. J.K.Rowling is a pure genius in my opinion and I enjoyed Harry Potter just as much as my kids. Agatha Christie perfected the 'who done its' with style and I love a good mystery. Stephenie Meyer inspired me to write a Vampire novel with her Twilight series. The books are captivating and well written.
