Biography

Having just turned 50, it has long been a dream to write and publish children's stories. As a father of 7, an now a grandfather of 10, I have had an excellent audience to read and review the books. Lumpy Chubbins and the Chubbalumpkins is a name my wife Linda and I coined many years ago, knowing that someday that would be the title to at least one story. As a father and grandfather, I have learned many things and finally come to the conclusion that life is as good as you make it. I hope to inspire young readers with exciting adventures that help shape and mold good decisions as they grow.

Inspiration

My influences were primarily my family and friends. As a father of 7, and a grandfather of 10, I have had many opportunities to learn to be better at being a dad, grandpa, and a husband. My wife Linda has been a huge inspiration by encouraging me to press on, and by believing in me and us. In our 20 years together we have grown and become closer as a family. Now that all of our kids are grown, and most have at least one or more of their own children, we have the wonderful chance to watch our grandchildren grow.
