Biography
Award winning author Lucy Monroe published her first book in the Fall of 2003. Since then she has sold more than three dozen books to four publishers and hit national bestsellers lists in the US and England. Inspiration
I crave touching readers the same way my favorite authors have touched me. Books have been inspirational throughout my life for me to believe in possibilities and hope for the future. If one reader can come away from one of my books feeling better about the world he or she lives in, then I'm going to be very pleased. I write because I love my characters and in order to get to know them, I have to tell their stories. I could keep those stories in my head, but then I couldn't share them with others and that is why I publish. :)
