Biography

She is a member and officer of several non-profit organizations that hold events to help the children of her community. Her primary activity up to a few years ago was Genealogy. She and her husband have researched both sides of their family as far back as the 17th century. She started Campbell High School in Smyrna, Ga., and finished in Davison High School some twenty years later in Davison Michigan where she lived with her husband and 5 children. She attended Mott Community College in Flint Michigan for two years. After moving west to Arizona, she fell in love with the southwest area. She has two cats, named Sarah and Elizabeth and cares for a dog named Clyde that belongs to her son. They are very loving and a lot of company since all of her children are grown and married. She is very family oriented and spends a lot of time with her children and grandchildren. Her first book "The McGuire Bride - Princess of the McGuire Clan is due out December 2007. Inspiration

She finds since taking her granddaughter back east to meet their families they spent a lot of time reading and getting to know her better. They both are avid readers and her granddaughter suggested she write a book because of their love of books. She thought about it while they were traveling to Michigan and Georgia and upon returning home she followed her granddaughter’s suggestion. She does not have a lot of writing experience but does love to write. It is very rewarding as a personal goal.
