Look and Listen

Biography

I was born and raised in California and currently reside in Fallbrook. I have always loved cats and got my first at the age of nine, a ginger tom named Goldie that was born in the crawlspace under our house. Fortunately for me, my husband is also a cat person, and over the years we’ve shared our home with many of these furry companions. I also do woodworking, gardening, and needlecrafts.

Inspiration

My husband’s work as a security professional brought him into contact with many “warehouse cats” and the people who cared, or in many cases didn’t care, for them. Catwalk is based largely on his experiences and my own observations. I wanted to help the reading public understand what outdoor life really is for the pets they so carelessly discard.
