    Biography

As a Libra I was born understanding relationships. But I have to confess I also suffer from a problem with impulse control--I like to blame that on my Leo moon! A Leo moon is a fire moon and I can be a bit fiery at times. The resulting explosions have given me plenty of practical experience with love's ups an downs.

I've combined that with an active imagination and used the resulting steamy combo to fuel my muse and help me pen my erotic romances enriched by my love of fantasy and SF.

I started life as a small town girl, but soon moved on to the big city. There I found love and settled down with a husband, two adorable dogs and my ever-trusty computer. As a writer of passionate romances, I date my interest in bondage back to long nights chained to that computer.

When I was a child, my mother gave me one piece of advice: Learn to type. Mom was a wise woman and my years of typing eventually paid off with the sale of my first book. The rest, as they say, is soon-to-be-made history.

    Inspiration

I started reading SF and fantasy in 7th grade and have continued to devour it all through my life. The first book I remember reading (and still one of my favs) was Star Man's Son by Andre Norton. It was later reissued as Daybreak. It contains the essence of fantasy, a hero (or in my writing, a heroine) on a quest. Luckily, our library was well-stocked with the SF and fantasy greats and I was soon reading Heinlein and Asimov and a multitude of others. My all-time favorite fantasy series is the Merlin books by Mary Stewart. I've read them over and over. And my newest discovery is the Kushiel series by Jacquline Carey. I started with the first book, read straight through the third, and then went right back to the first and started again. What a world!
