Biography
I was born in Greenup, Illinois (I don't tell the date!). I attended classes in DePaul University in Chicago and Lakeland College in Mattoon, Illinois. We owned and operated Judy's Bakery in Greenup, Illinois. In 1980, my husband and I moved to Houston, Texas. I am currently an executive assistant for an oil company. We have two adorable little rat terriers. I love to travel, cook, read and write murder mysteries.Inspiration
I have written stories and poetry all my life, but had never submitted anything for publication before "Dead Art." One day, just to entertain myself, I sat down and began to write the story. It just seemed to flow and about six weeks later the story was complete. I submitted it for publication on July 13 and on August 3, I had a contract for publication. I know it's not supposed to be that easy, but in my case it was.Favorite NB Titles
