Biography
Honored Member of the Cambridge Who's Who, Toastmasters International, the Arizona Author's Association, and the Arizona Publisher's Association, Judy Azar LeBlanc was born in Raton, New Mexico, and was raised and educated in Albuquerque. She is a graduate of San Jose University, in San Jose, California, where she did graduate work in Industrial Psychology. Before marrying, she made a career in the defense industry, and after extensive travel, she and her husband retired to a small town in Baja, Mexico. During the 19 years of living in Mexico, Judy Azar LeBlanc wrote the English column for a magazine published by the federal government of Mexico, as well as the English column for a state published newspaper. She taught English both at the high school level and at the university in her community. As an active member of her community, she was instrumental in establishing the first Fire Departmentand their first Ambulance. She was also instrumental in forming their first School for the Handicapped as well as their first Orphanage before returning home.
Inspiration
Judy's inspiration comes from her love of people, life and travel. She has covered 95 percent of North America, as well as parts of the South Pacific, Caribbean, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
