Biography
I grew up the second oldest of ten children in Seattle.After graduating form Western Washington University in 1968 I entered the Officer Training Program for the United States Marine Corps.Trained as a reconnaissance officer I ended up in Vietnam as a Platoon and Company Commander.In 1972 I left the military and enjoyed a successful career in the oil industry.In 1990 I changed careers earning a Masters Degree and teaching at the middle school level for 17 years.I am now retired and live with my wife of 34 years.I enjoy spending time with my four adult children and six grandchildren and reflecting on my diverse past.Inspiration
