Biography
Jeri has been writing since the age of six when she wrote her first story: "Sinbad the Sailor" which the teacher read to the class. Since then she has written short stories, scripts, poetry, songs, and an off-Broadway musical titled "I Am Woman." She has worked with psychiatric patients, substance abusers, and most spectrums of mental health. Her spiritual journey began when she remembered other lifetimes in various travels and wanted to know more. She studied Jungian psychology, then branched out into spiritual studies with Rosalyn Bruyere at the Healing Light Center in Glendale CA. Her nonfiction book, "Paint the Sky and Dance: Women and the New Myths" grew out of her own experiences as well as various case studies.
Inspiration
Code of the King: A Deadly Search for Ancient Wisdom, Jeri's first fiction thriller, became an award-winner and is Book 1 of a quadrilogy. These books are the result of her many years' study and experiences in seeking hidden knowledge and the desire to utilize her interest in ancient civilizations, archeology and integrating her own travels and past lives into the stories. She constantly stretches the boundaries of her own growth as well as her clients who seek greater understanding of themselves. This means first exploring the past, no matter how scary or discomforting it may be, and then releasing it so that present reality may be gained. Only then can we turn to the future, with all its bright ideas and knowing sense, as well as its unknown realms and probable nonsense. She has studied religious prophecies, Cayce, New Age beliefs, and the mysteries of 2012 and the Mayan prophecies.
