He has also written songs, sung them, and painted abstract art. He is the owner of the inspiring website Inspirational-Insights.com and the independent publishing house Inspirational Books and is a reformed smoker who likes nothing more than watching funny movies and his son play football (soccer) and his daughter play basketball. He helps look after his son’s dog Cheeky and has at any one time at least a dozen goldfish.

    Inspiration

IN late 2006, I watched a film called The Secret and it changed my life forever. Not because it taught me anything new, but because it reminded me of what I already knew, and I knew those things because they, like me, are of The Universe, the Supreme Being known by some as God, by others as Allah, and by me as The Universe. As you will see, I do not believe God or Allah to be men, nor do I believe The Universe to be anything other than what it is, a name given by the New Age movement to the field of energy that surrounds us and is us, just as God is a name given to that same field of energy by the Christians, and just as Allah is a name given to that same field of energy by the Muslims. And I do believe the field of energy that surrounds us and is us is the be all and end all of everything good and that we, the human race, are the be all and end all of everything bad. But none of anything is good or bad, really. It just is. And after more than forty years on planet Earth, the benefits of letting things be what they are instead of trying to make them into what I think they should be have finally dawned on me. Thank God. Or should that be, thank The Universe.
