Biography

I'm a self taught home cook. I have had a cookbook self-published July 2011 as well as a website which is updated weekly. I spend my time coming up with new recipes and adding post to my website "accidentalhomecook.com". One hears of people talking about learning how to cook for their mother or grandmother growing-up. Well I’m not one of those people. I taught myself how to cook when I left home since I wanted to be able to eat foods other than fast food. I have recently had a cookbook self-published which I wanted to show that a person can become a great cook, even if they weren’t exposed to cooking at a young age. So I invite you along to try my recipes and get into the kitchen. You never know. There could be an accidental home cook inside you, just waiting to come out.

Inspiration

I was inspired because I wanted to show that a person can become a great cook, even if they weren’t exposed to cooking at a young age. I wanted to show that you don't have to go to a culinary school to become a great cook or cookbook author.
