Biography

I wrote my first short story in the second grade (I'm sure my teacher would blush if she saw what I was writing now! And if anyone wants to do the math, I was born in 1969). I have written in other genres, but romance--particularly gay romance--makes me the happiest. Always a bit of a hopeless romantic myself, I love stories where two (or sometimes three) people meet and feel that instant, irresistible attraction to one another, overcome life's obsticales, and end up living happily ever after. In my world, romance *must* end in Happily Ever After. In addition to spending a lot of time writing, I also enjoy painting, particularly in watercolor, and puttering in my garden.

Inspiration

Life. Art. My own experiences. I get ideas for stories almost anywhere--almost everywhere. Sometimes I'll see someone--just some random stranger--and get an idea because of the way he looks, or something he says, or even an article of clothing.
