    Biography

I live in London and work as a freelance interpreter/translator. I love to create my masterpieces of fantasy fiction, which I share with my readers. From a young age I projected myself into imaginary worlds, created alternative universes, dimensions, time portals, fought the Evil Empire and the spirits of witchcrafts, and helped good will to get involved in bringing justice. I enjoy socialising, traveling around the world, reading urban fantasy and swimming.

    Inspiration

It all came about from my mum. She told me that I would always do well in life if I enjoy what I do. So every time I had homework or a school project that involved writing she would sit with me and we would create imaginary worlds with wonderful characters to write about. This we enjoyed very much and I can say are the some of the most happiest memories of my life. When I left University I started work as a full-time translator/interpreter (I speak several languages) my work took me around Europe and this left me with no real time to write again. Then when I took my niece to the bookstore and realised there was a lack of this genre for her to read I became driven again to write. Some of my favourite places to visit when I wanted some time to think or inspiration about characters or events were Hampstead Heath. I find it’s a really magical place. As well as having loads of secret little places where you can get lost (in imagination) I was also inspired by the lovely melodies of the bird songs that you can hear anywhere in Hampstead Heath. Another favourite place of mine was the National History Museum, I love the architecture of the building and it was here that the artefacts inside, which represent life, gave me ideas about the Light side of the planet Adriana in my book. When I was writing about the Dark side of Adriana in my book, I was really inspired by my visit to Highgate Cemetery, which was the reputed haunt of a vampire and Kew Gardens, which is home to more than 30,000 different kinds of plants. When I was at home I used the power of music as inspiration, listening to anything from classical music to gothic rock music.
