Biography

I have done many things contributing to the layers of the an average person's life. I raised two daughters and now spoil my grandchildren. I worked like a dog for thirty years and now I work with dogs. It's easier. I made bad choices in my life,( a younger man comes to mind,) and I made a few good ones which attribute to my status as a responsible citizen, dependable friend and nuerotic woman that needs to vicariously romp the world through characters far more interesting than I.

Inspiration

I love to read. Truman Capote, Hemingway and the essays of Joan Didion are my favorites. Good writing inspires me whether it's in a magazine article, a new author or a well documented biography. Other writers on the same journey as I inspire me. It can a lone venture, this whole writing thing, but I wouldn't want to do anything else. Also a great pair of shoes, they make everything better.
