Biography

Graduate of Oregon State University with a BS in Eduction. Taught for 25 years in grades 3rd through 8th. Retired in 1995, and I am now writing books. I am married to Charlotte. I have three children and six grandchildren, plus one that is coming in March. I love to fish with my sons. I read books when I am not writing. I like to go on walks to release the tensions of the day. I like to reach out to others that are seeking help.

Inspiration

I started writing, because I was at the end of my rope, and it was coming unraveled. I was battling a long history of depressions, and in 2001 i was ready to check out of the hotel called earth. I was in a school parking lot contemplating my future, and I cried ou to God to stop this madness. I felt a calmness about me, and it was as if God was saying, "It is about time you came back to me. I have been here all the time. Now let me carry you the rest of the way." That day was a life changing day. i wanted to tell others that God is always there. I wrote my whole book on that theme.
