Biography

Well I am a Certified trainer of NLP and a qualified staff nurse. As a Certified trainer of NLP I work with a range of clients, both on a consultancy and on a one to one coaching basis. As a qualified staff nurse I work on a Intensive care ward at Bronglais Hospital, Aberystwyth.

I have always been passionate about developing myself and others. I love learning and feel privileged to be a part of helping others to learn and develop. I first found out about NLP in January 2005 when I commensed the NLP diploma. This changed my life in so many ways; I discovered what was important to me and more importantly, focused on what I wanted out of life. I was able to appreciate other peoples point of view and build better personal and professional relationships. My professional life developed profoundly, which only increased my passion for finding out more about NLP.

As a Certified trainer I intend to bring NLP techniques into common practice in the NHS. After dealing with a range of clients I have realised that the realms of NLP are limitless, with different techniques and practices lending themselves to benefit people from other professional backgrounds. Which lead me to writting; Psychobabble: A Straight Forward, Plain English Guide to the Benefits of NLP, to show people the practical benefits of NLP.

Inspiration

The motivation behind my writing? Simply to get the benefits of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) "Out there" so that people can see the practical benefits NLP can bring to their everyday life.
