Biography

Denise J. Williams was born on October 27, 1961 in Brooklyn, New York. At the encouragement of a former English teacher she discovered she’d found a passion for writing at the age of fourteen. Her work is featured on EditRed.com, Poetry.com, AuthorsDen.com, and on the Ambasssors of Love newsletters. She’s holds a degree in Computer Science in from Monroe College, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Adminstration from Everest University and a Doctorate of Divinity degree. She is also a member of the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society. In 2002, she was featured in the "Best Poems and Poets of 2002" published by the International Library of Poetry. In 2009 WOW Magazine has published one of her articles in their January issue. In addition, her first literary effort, “The Healing Of A Broken Vessel” will be released later this year. She currently resides in Jacksonville, FL with her husband and is employed as a computer professional.
