    Biography

Engineer. Business Owner. Salesperson. Wife. Mom. Daughter. Sister. Niece. Aunt. Friend. Home Educator. Karate Instructor. Workshop Presenter. Toastmaster. In Diane’s many roles in business and other aspects of life, there has been one constant: communication. She has found that the most meaningful, and often the most difficult communication has been face-to-face conversation. Diane speaks for organizations that want to help their people have better conversations and ones that matter most. A resident of Minnesota (land of 10,000 lakes and 10 billion mosquitoes), Diane lives with her husband and 3 children in the Twin Cities area.

    Inspiration

People all around me are an inspiration. I have found that I can learn something from almost everyone, if I approach communicating with them in a non-judgemental way. All human beings are unique and have and give value and face-to-face interactions are important and can not be completely replaced by technology-enabled communication.
