Biography

I am from Waterbury, CT and I currently reside in South Carolina with my husband, Michael. I have always had a passion for the arts! I love to write, paint, draw, and sculpt. The Republican-American newspaper, in Waterbury, CT, wrote an article about me that appeared in their Easter Sunday edition and I was in the 8th Annual Savannah Children's Book Festival. Inspiration

I had always wanted to write a children's book and it was only after raising a family and recently finding out that I have recurrent asthmatic bronchitis--I almost died three times in the process--that I made the definitive step to accomplish that goal. I made it The ADVENTURES of Baby Caterpillar and His Traveling Butterfly Family because half-way through the book I decided it would make a wonderful series! If I could offer some advice for anyone wanting to write a book, I would say to make time for yourself and create a balance in your life so that you can accomplish it.
