Biography

A beach kid at heart, I grew up in Simi Valley California playing softball, camping at the beach and began writing in my early teens. Coming from a family of 5 siblings and talented parents, there was no shortage of excitement or experiences.

While writing was always fun for me it was my friends that encouraged me to pursue it. They would say there's something greater in the words and thought I had a gift to touch people. They would share experiences with me, I would write about them and they would ask:

“How did you do that? You captured it all so perfectly”

I never really had an answer, the words just came and I put them on paper. Over the years I’ve continued this path and found there’s no greater satisfaction than knowing the words I write touch people’s heart. That in some way the words provide comfort, strength and the courage to help others live happier and healthier lives.

While still a beach kid at heart, I now reside in beautiful Denver Colorado, where I continue to write, own a business and play softball. In my free time I coach an amazing group of young women known as the 18u Colorado Stealth and try to get back to the beach as often as possible.
