Biography

Caitlyn Hunter lives with her husband in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina where she's surrounded by the ghosts of her Cherokee ancestors. Born and raised in East Tennessee, she's lived in many places over the years, but she always comes back to the warmth and hospitality of the South. Her first book, Snow Shadows, is based on an ancient Cherokee legend, as are the other three books in the series. She's completed the second and is currently fine-tuning it before sending it to her publisher. She's also started on the third and has an e-book coming out in September.

Inspiration

For me, inspiration comes in many different ways. From something I read...or heard...or saw...or even imagined, as was the case when I had an "Elvis-sighting" of my favorite author shortly after he passed away. And then, there's my sister, a multi-published author, who encouraged me and guided me through the writing of my first book and the harrowing submission process. Her belief in me is incredibly inspiring.
