Biography

People have called the Author many things in his day other than an author. Surfer, skier, man, waterless cookware salesman, dry cleaner, delivery man, laborer, auto-mechanic, racer, patient, carpenter, FOS, cabinet-maker, furniture builder, student, architect, home builder, real estate developer, husband, brother, son, father, fly fisherman, scuba diver, lover of books, music and art, mushroom hunter, gardener, chef, white water rafter, jokester, authority, fool, hiker, hunter, farmer, traveler. FOS yes, philosopher and author, never before now. He is just a human that has enjoyed learning what others have been willing to teach him. With some luck, his list will keep growing, and the learning will never stop. It’s just too soon to quit. Maybe, even double it; before the last thing he is called is----dead. Graduating with a degree in Architecture and Building Construction; Ellenbogen has spent his time studying the human condition; traveling the United States and the world. He tries to bring his personal experience, sense of humor and love of life into a format that intends to entertain and compel some thought.

Inspiration

In the land of the blind; the one eyed man is king. Many people have opinions and thoughts. The opinions and thoughts that are shared and embraced by others form a common ground. Once formed, they take on a life of thier own. Ultimately, the framer of the opinion; the promoter of the thought, and its content; are elevated to deliverer of fact-----vs. opinion. Therein the danger lies; therein is the catalyst for most of the strife of this world.
