Biography

I'm a recently published writer; my first book, Sister Light, has just been published at Publish America and is now available online at Amazon.com, BooksAMillion.com, and PublishAmerica.com and will soon be in brick-and-mortar stores like Barnes N Noble, WaldensBooks and all of the other stores that I've solicited to carry my product, including a few Wal-Mart stores around my area. I'm married with, currently, no children, and I work full time as an advertising consultant and full time writing with a daily regime. I'm a full time geek as well...My favorite past times are playing D&D with good friends, and rabble-rousing on stage at badly sang, but always entertaining, karaoke. I am the third daughter, the baby, of an all-girl trio from my parents whom are divorced. My mother raised all three of us singlehandedly, and I'd say that seeing how strong she was helped make me an assertive, kick-a$$ and take no names kind of person. My two sisters, older than I by ten+ years, helped mold me too. They were both nurturing and indulgent to their "weird" little sister, and I'll always be grateful for that. Uh, let's see...I think that sums up "me" in a nutshell. Anything else you want to know...just ask; I'm neither shy nor do I believe in leaving anyone uneducated!

Inspiration

Most of my ideas come from dreams that I've had...Existing writers inspire me to try all sorts of different ideas that I hadn't ever previously considered. And my family always keeps reminding me that it's time I take care of them! Truthfully, my primary inspiration is that if I didn't write, then I believe my brain would explode. I know it certainly feels that way at four a.m. when I'm trying to sleep and an idea keeps tickling me behind my eyeballs!
